I shared Mushroom Pork Chop Stuffing Bake on Fox 28 in Columbus this week as part of their challenge on Tuesdays to create a meal for a family of four for under $10. This meal is great, because it consist of staples I always have in my house and can throw together in 25 minutes. Not to mention its economical!
Mushroom Pork Chop Stuffing Bake
4 boneless pork chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg stuffing mix
½ c shredded cheddar cheese
Heat oven to 350F. Mix the stuffing mix as directed (do not heat). Place pork chops in non stick pan. Spoon mushroom soup over them. Top with stuffing mixture and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 20-30 minutes or until chops are done (140F). Serve with steamed broccoli.
While eating it, morning anchor Andy Dominianni said, “This is comfort food.”
