I love this dip. So does everyone who eats it. It can’t be any easier to make with only 3 ingredients and is almost impossible to screw up. It’s perfect for tailgating or taking to a pot luck.
Recipe: Sausage Nacho Dip
Ingredients
- 1 lb sausage or ground pork
- 1 8 oz jar salsa
- 8 oz Velvetta cheese, cubed
Instructions
- Fry sausage and drain. Place into crock pot. Add salsa and cheese. Cover and mix for 45 minutes until cheese is melted. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
