Pork Sliders

by H2 on October 18, 2010

Aren’t they cute?  These mini sandwiches, or sliders make the perfect finger food. I often make these for showers or parties They are also great for tailgating. Figure about 10 sandwiches per tenderloin.

Recipe: Pork Sliders

Ingredients

  • 2 whole pork tenderloins
  • 1/2 c ranch dressing
  • 1/2 c BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. Place tenderloin on grill or in oven at 425F. Mix together ranch and BBQ sauce. Set aside a quarter of the mixture in a separate container. Baste tenderloin with mixture while cooking. Using a meat thermometer remove from heat when internal temperature reaches 145F and it is slightly pink inside. Let set 5-10 minutes and temperature will rise to 155-160. Slice into 1/2 inch pieces and serve in rolls. Reserved mixture can be added to sandwich for additional flavor.

Number of servings (yield): 8

Tip: For parties, you can make these hours ahead and double wrap each tenderloin and place together in a cooler. Slice when ready to serve. You can also serve these cold.

Thanks for the tip. I will try it with caramel next time and you’re right, I love the Pampered Chef trifle dish (and pretty much everything else they sell)!
